How it works

  1. Create a form (anonymous above, or authenticated via API key for Pro features).
  2. Paste the snippet into Astro, Hugo, 11ty, WordPress, or plain HTML.
  3. Submissions land in Plinth. Pro adds webhooks, more quota, longer retention.
